Shipping policy
BulkPantry is committed to excellence and the satisfaction of our customers. We proudly offer shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
Shipping Cost:
Free Shipping on Standard Orders of $200 or over $200. If your order is under $200, you must pay a flat cost of $16.99.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently offer shipping within Australia.
What if I live in a different country?
Currently, we do not ship outside of Australia. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Transit Time, and Processing Time:
- Once your order is placed, it will undergo processing before shipment. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that your order is processed promptly and efficiently. Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), but please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.
- Transit Time is 5 to 8 Business days (Monday to Friday)
Products Total Delivery Time or Actual Arrival Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
Order CutOff Time:
Order Cut-Off Time- 6.00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney)
After your shipment has been sent, we will send you an email with the tracking code within 1 to 2 days. For any questions regarding your order, you can email us at info@bulkpantry.com.au. Be sure you provide your name and order number for us to quickly assist you.
Delivery or Shipping Method:
We use the Australia Post to deliver or ship products.
Multiple Addresses:
We do not provide shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. Please submit separate orders if you would like products to be delivered to different addresses.
Change of Delivery Address:
We cannot change the delivery address for your order once the product is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 2 days of placing the order by email: at info@bulkpantry.com.au
What if my item is lost in transit?
Whilst we hope this never occurs, if your item does not make it to you, please reach out to us at info@bulkpantry.com.au and we will work to resolve the issue.
Order Tracking:
To track an order, you can track the order by visiting the Tracking Order page and entering the tracking number or order number and email.
How do I cancel my order?
Provided we haven’t dispatched your order already, please reach out to our team at info@bulkpantry.com.au. See the Refund Policy for further information.
Return:
BulkPantry will happily accept returns due to a change of mind as long as the request is received by us within 30 days of you receiving the item. Must be the item returned to us in the original packaging, and unused. Returning the products then let us know by email at info@bulkpantry.com.au.
